Call
our local, family-owned business today.
We'll meet you on-site to discuss the possibilities and constraints of the property. Let us know the scope of the project, so we can develop a set of expectations. Once you're fully satisfied, we'll prepare a proposal and arrange a second meeting.
The next step is an interview to decide upon project goals. We'll develop a wish list, establish budget guidelines, do a site analysis, and review site variables. If a topographic map, site survey, or soil analysis is needed, it'll be decided at this stage.
Next, we'll form an initial plan and evaluate construction costs. We'll review the design, finalize the budget, and revise the cost analysis report to your satisfaction. Design features will be prioritized if we exceed the budget.
Once you're happy with the preliminary plan and budget, we can finalize the master plan. This includes a detailed planting plan, construction details, and unique specifications. We'll review the "blueprints," including all plant and material choices.
After completing your master plan, we'll perform a bid "take-off" to inventory all the materials necessary to the installation of your project phase. This will be an accurate projection that lists all the materials and labor.
As soon as the bid is finalized, we'll schedule an appointment to discuss the project with the help of resource materials. If you have problems visualizing the design, we'll arrange a site visit to delineate the plan using special ground paint.
